multiple-curves for different ectatic disorders

We have developed fitting systems based on the analysis of topographical data and integrated with Trial Set in different designs, curvatures and diameters. The goal is to define the most suitable lac, the one with the best balance between morphological respect and visual recovery. Each type developed by TSLAC comes from a consolidated experience and a mutual exchange between manufacturer and practitioner. All geometries present multiple variables to seek the best adaptation to the corneal profile, in the different stages of’ectasia.

tslac

ke - spheric four curve

Indicated in the cones of first and second grade, with central or para-central apex. Excellent results are obtained with the apical touch and clearance technique of about 15µm. The BOZD has medium-small dimensions and the suggested diameter is between 9,00 and 9,60mm.

kg - spheric four curve

Indicated in the ectasias of third and fourth stage, at central or para-central apex. The BOZD is small and the ideal fitting requires the use of reduced diameters, for intra-eyelid applications with apical lifting: clearance provided 20/25µm.

k - custom multi-curve (4c,5c)

Indicated in the different stages, they can be used in all construction parameters (diameters and curvatures).
For effective use it is necessary to perform corneal topography and integrate the virtual fitting project with the application of PILOTA lenses.

ask

It has a central and conical spherical development in the periphery, without transition areas; excellent results are obtained in the central cones with small diameters. The recommended application methods are: the apical touch, with 10/15µm clerarance, or the apical lift of about 20/25µm.
