This website fully complies with EU Regulation 2017/745 (MDR), Legislative Decree No. 137 of 5 August 2022, and the Ministry of Health Guidelines of 28 March 2013, which establish the obligation to restrict access to content relating to specialist medical devices, prohibiting their direct advertising to the public.
Access obligation and responsibility
